     @helene yeah it's nice sometimes but annoying other times. I'm just trying to power through it and train myself to use the like button more sparingly but that behaviour should be configurable. I'll see if I can write a patch to fix it (can't submit it to upstream sadly bc GitHub ?)

     @helene @keith I really like the idea of a "subscribe" feature for threads. but conflating it with "like" seems really broken
     
     does it add you to the mentions or just send a notification? because at least the latter would be easy to filter ...
