     Also, how do I find info on that? I thought Code for America had 1-year fellowships, so interesting that they organised.

     @Zolytech delivered a project means shipping. I'm less concerned with number of jobs, more concerned with shipping projects.

     You're right, many tech leads have more than 2 shipped projects. Those are the minimum requirements.

     We hire internationally, and in some places those salaries make sense. We are also making Open Source software to fight climate change. We're not going to be competitive on salary with commercial organisations, but we do work that matters.

     @evan good luck with your search, but what does « delivered one or two » mean? Had at least two jobs? But also been a tech lead? Tech lead I thought was someone with a ton of experience. That salary is kinda low for that.
