Years ago, Wells Fargo taught me not to trust banks.

They told me with straight faces:

    1. It is my fault for not noticing the FREQUENT CHANGES in the fine prints

    2. Their system don't have any tracking info, so they can't tell who made the mistakes/changes

    3. They'd only refund up to three months' worth of wrongly charged fees

I was convinced that they purposefully make "mistakes" to overcharge me. And they SHAMED ME for not checking the statements more closely.

I found them very deceiving and untrustworthy, so I closed my accounts. Why would I have to watch my own bank from stealing from me? "Corporate recidivism" is a very appropriate term for Wells Fargo.

I moved to a credit union. They never take a cent from me.
