   It’s worth remembering that redditors in particular have a grudge against James Cameron’s Avatar. They were very bitter about Avatar maintaining the meaningless title of Highest Grossing CGI Sludge for as long as it did against their preferred marvel movies because it “didn’t deserve it” and they were filled with rapturous joy when Marvel Movie #32 finally beat it out and restored justice to the universe. This is why a redditor would try and pour cold water over Avatar 2, they don’t want this Disney property to take the title away from their Disney property again. I’m not gonna say you should go see Avatar 2 to own the redditors, just be aware that there’s a good chance if you are seeing Avatar hate from someone that he’s a marvel bugman and you might not want to hate along with him. Hate with the right people for the right reasons. Hate responsibly.
