     @hashitan By the way, what is considered a Christmas cake in Japan? I've seen pictures of white cakes covered in frosting and strawberries, but I don't have 100% in my current understanding.

     @kthiel I think that is the typical Christmas cake. The sponge cake tends to be more eggy and rich, and whipped cream instead of frosting.
