     I was immediately seen by a doctor in the hospital in #Vancouver in 2019, and they examined me without knowing upfront if I was ever going to pay the bill.
     
     The doctor in Salt Lake City wanted my credit card before he would even talk to me.
     
     Never been to a hospital in the UK.
