     @lain I still have issues after migrating to fifteen. They only got better with the follower maintenance migration, but it still has serious hiccups here and there.

     @w did you ever run a vacuum analyze? One of the more important indexes got reshuffled in one of the last migrations, the new index works but it might not have the correct statistics without an analyze
