So I'm gonna be honest, I'm fucking tired of Pleroma. This shit is so goddamn slow that I'm questioning whether or not I should migrate to another piece of software or shut down arachnid.town completely. Simply /loading the timeline/ can take a minute or more. I've had to double the connection pool as well as purge remote posts from poa.st (accounting for about 250,000 of them, good riddance though.) I've upgraded my Postgres and spent eight hours rebuilding the goddamn index, I've tuned my Postgres and tried settings that Pleroma recommends. I've fucked with Ecto. All of this just to have it be usable enough /just to post this/. It was so slow before that the connection would time out. I have already wasted approximately fifty hours of my life trying to identify this issue, I'm tired.

No, I'm not doing Akkoma. I did not find any commits that might fix my issue.

Anyways, I'm posting at @webb while I work this all out.
