     @Gargron unfortunately, since that's where a significant chunks of the companies I do business with conduct their "support", now, still have to go to Twitter if I need support.

     Knowing what I know about Twitter's security, I'm not *real* happy that two of those companies are my banks' initial customer service entry-points.
