   @IrwinFletcher0 @jeffjarvis If it doesn't offer a private cause of action, he will likely just assume that government lawyers in Texas can be bought off with cash and a fig leaf of spin.

     @jeffjarvis What's he going to do about the Texas "free speech" social media law? If it stands he's going to be forced to reinstate all of the accounts he's suspended, including ElonJet. How ironic.

     What is Musk scared of? We're finding out as he bans reports of public information about his jet, an account to help people join Mastodon (hey, competition), and now Aron Rupar. He owns the joint and can do as he pleases. But free speech absolutism? Ha! Only for him.
