     @vegos_f05 How do you "play a bit"? This issue sounds like it was fixed in in version 2022.03 (see tracking issue here: github.com/friendica/friendica… )

     @hypolite I go to the envelope, click the + and fill the to field. Then the shit starts. This new contact is not in the suggestions that pop up. Now I play a bit and holy bimbam!, it goes to this poor guy on *diaspora. After sending a normal post to him (intendet DM receiver), which did not show his webfinger as a Link, he answered. Strange, isn't it? I know this man since the fedi exists. We have both moss on our keyboards. ?

     @hypolite Playing = webfinger or profile URL. Is .03 the lastest? Perhaps we have an older version here. There was an issue with updating. Ask the admin of f.freenet.ch.

     @vegos_f05 Latest version is 2022.10 which your node isn't on but it has the 2022.03 fix. Maybe there's something else.
