@sergia well I’m trans!! And I’m the only engineer. We’re very trans friendly. We’ve never hired anyone else or sponsored a visa. We probably are not really in a position to hire but I wanted to ask you if you are interested so I could think about it more.

@tlalexander Thank you for your reply! It looks so refreshing to me!!! I am thinking about it but scared because I'm trans :( The sunshine in winter is also important for me, so I do consider it :)

@sergia hmm any interest in returning to the Bay Area? Our open source solar powered farming robot project fits with a lot of what you are describing. We have not discussed hiring another engineer, but if you had some interest we could consider it!
