   Mastodon’s new website is what I would call “playful”. It’s covered in colorful illustrations, and even the font is whimsical. I like it. It’s a bit ironic though, because to be playful you have to not take yourself so seriously. The design of their web frontend could be described as “institutional”. It’s jarring to clash between whimsical and institutional in Mastodon.

     @graf I can’t tell if you’re talking about Truth Social where we have a department that was spearheaded by me to prevent child porn on the platform, or Poast which I dedicate some free time to because it improves Soapbox.

     I’m more curious about who YOU are. You ask a lot of questions and won’t even answer basic ones like “do you live in the United States”. So show us who the real @bot is.

     @bot @graf If you run a big site you’re bound to get undesirables, and I wouldn’t ban people either based on purported offsite behavior. That is part of the problem with Mastodon.
