@mangeurdenuage at least with france you have people from the former colonies who might speak french but not english, but there's nobody skilled who speaks german but not english, so why should they go to germany?

Yeah that's like 10% and they prefer to not speak the language of the country their in when they don't have too.

the only example I can think of is synth musicians and DJs
