The current advice for using the AGPL is "if it is likely that others will make improved versions of your program to run on servers..." But when companies like rollApp exist who say that they can take any program with a GUI & turn it into SaaSS this distinction seems to become less useful. Let's change the default recommendation to AGPL-3.0-or-later because you can never really know where or how your program is going to be used. Think of "AGPL Everywhere" as the new "HTTPS Everywhere."
