   • SoCal: Southern California
   Pacific storm expected to impact !SoCal beginning tonight, including the #Inland_Empire. Portions of #I-15, #I-215, #I-10, #I-8 expected to be affected by snow. Mountains and passes could see up to 6 inches of snow. Gusty winds, with some places seeing up to 60MPH winds. Heavy rainfall in some areas, so expect urban flooding as well as debris flows & mudslides in burn scar areas.

     Now, the messaging I've seen from #NOAA / #NWS doesn't say *which* passes, so I'd expect Tejon, Cajon, and San Gorgonio passes to see snowfall. No idea about Mountain Pass. Either way, it means that major routes into and out of #SoCal could be affected.

     Also, #I-8 is about as far South as one can get without needing to learn another language. It goes pretty near the US-Mexican border.
