   There has been a bit of ????????? on other servers about content warnings, so let me try to forestall it a little here.

   The fediverse may seem wholly new, but there's actually a fairly large contingent of us who've been around since 2016/2017, so you're in a way coming into a community that's already hashed out a lot of its conventions.

   The idea of content-warning has some people's hackles up: "I have to self-censor?" and "No one will read my stuff!" To which I say: it will be fine. CW's...
