Btw since you're obviously familliar with how the backend works do you have any idea what could be the reason why notifications are throwing a bunch of 500s meanwhile other timelines are working fine. I'm talking like 5 or 6 refreshes before getting anything on clients like Husky where you can manually refresh notifications (I know it's slow server, I'm curious why notifications in particular)Hélène likes this. -

Hélène (helene@p.helene.moe)'s status on Friday, 19-Aug-2022 08:00:32 JST Hélène @shitpisscum notifications seem to be some of the heaviest queries from what i've seen, so... i haven't looked into them yet
there's pete's patch to add indexes on them but i don't know if it'd make that big of a difference considering you're a single user instance -

It's not really a big deal since pleromaFE seems to just keep trying until it gets something lol.
Btw I'm technically not a single user instance but I am the only active user (there's also pigpoopballsbot lol) not sure how much difference that makes :clueless:Hélène likes this. -

Hélène (helene@p.helene.moe)'s status on Friday, 19-Aug-2022 08:09:05 JST Hélène @shitpisscum depends if your bot fetches notifications or if it has many of them, you could always try clearing notifications for both of your users from e.g. Husky too, but besides that I'm not too sure what to recommend -

I set up husky to do that. Also I guess at least one of the 4 people that have alts here signed in with husky/fedilab/whatever. I guess I'll just leave it running as it is for nowHélène likes this.
