So...one very important fact about my #nofly journey from Aberdeen to Brussels and back. My employer was utterly, wonderfully supportive. They said, will you go to Brussels and help deliver a conference on the good work we pay you to do, and I said, it would not be good to hurt the planet in order to do this good thing, and they said, yeah, we get that.

I have worked for a lot of different organisations and I have never, ever, before seen that kind of commitment. Wow.
