     Those little shits, created an instance for me two years ago and then promptly decided to kill my instance, after about three weeks, because they didn't like my opinions and or what was written in my biography. However, even though they did sour me on Mastodon, forever and all the little pussies that inhabit that space, they did refund my money, so, I can't really hate them that much. I just hate them a little.

     Hello,
     
     The Mastodon hosting for toot.masto.host is in violation of the Terms of Service.
     
     In particular: "Spreading falsehoods, alternative facts, anecdotal evidence, prejudice or bias towards a social group, inciting violence, circular reporting, shock provoking content, conspiracy theories, dark patterns, deepfakes, disinformation, misinformation, sensationalism, truthiness, propaganda, rumours, hoaxes, urban myths, pseudoscience, post-truth and opinion pieces or interviews that convey any of the previous."

     As such the service was suspended, the PayPal subscription cancelled and a full refund of payments was done.
     
     If requested before the 15th of February 2021, I can send a full backup of the data. After that day the data will be deleted.

     Yes, the did ban my server, I think that I still have the email. The did give me my money back though. Let me find that email.

     I'm sorry, but there is no way to violate the terms of use.
     
     Either use another hosting service <https://joinfediverse.wiki/How_to_host_your_own_Fediverse_instance%3F> or run it yourself with a VPS for Mastodon.

     @GNU social JP管理人 no worries, I run my own everything now, so in a way I'm grateful for tyrants. You asked a question and I gave answers. However, it was quite speculative on whether I did or didn't violate the T.O.S, but I'm not complaining, I did get my money back. I still wouldn't recommend them.
