   @indie1337 @Vivaldi There was a bug in the reorder panel in Vivaldi 5.5, but it seems to be fixed in 5.6.

   Also, when reordering, you need to release the command or Ctrl key when you finish dragging.

     @Vivaldi And I can no longer drag my panel elements around to reorder them.

     Hold the phone, @Vivaldi - Somehow Wiki got added to my panels, and when I try to remove it, it removes the item directly above it instead.
