     @frederick — as long as podcasts say “available where ever you get your podcasts” it’s open, no matter how the big companies try to hijack the concept. Your friends money was gotten by selling out our freedom btw, so I wouldn’t want his money, it’s dirty.

     @davew The AI is impressive, but podcasts are big business. I know a guy who started a podcast company that got acquired by a big media player,, and he's now worth tens of millions. The drive for profits and consolidation is very much part of the podcast world.
