    推しVが腰やってもうて辛そうや。
    ぎっくり腰からのヘルニア→腰痛を３０年引きずってる俺としては病院と養生が大切だと思っとる。
    ヘルニアって自分でも治せるんだけど、あんまりみんな信じてくれないし実行できないw
    今はヘルニアは見る影もなく治ってるけど腰痛と神経圧迫の後遺症の左足のしびれ、椎間孔狭窄は残ってる。
