     @kiggenkun To keep it simple: the user of which its username started with a T and ended with an rannyKiller1488 was uploading photos of real life woman's ass covered in shit and real life kids being extremely wounded.
     We used to have this rule when it happened before, but then the rule got lifted because "whatever, nobody does that anymore anyway", which we thought at the time, and it remained true for almost an entire year.
     
     But then the normies started fleeing Shitter, and seems like this rule had to come back again.
