  @lori I would argue that search friction makes for a better social atmosphere. Harder to get upset at people when you don’t know what they’ve been saying about you or a subject that’s personal to you.

  @hypolite There does seem to be a strong consensus that searchability of the Fediverse would be an antifeature, and I respect that.
