     Every Monday, we post an update in Slack about what we've got on this week. And Liz the boss rewards us with a custom emoji.

     Each week she chooses a theme for the emojis, so we all get something on the same topic. It's a team bonding masterclass.

     This week, the theme is: "things which don't smell the same when you leave them on the radiator overnight."
