One thing I've learned over the years, is it's never worth it to fight to stop someone from leaving you, it's going to hurt, there's no way of stopping it, if someone is considering leaving, they're going to leave. Those who really love you will come back, those who really love you will always come back. So, let them go, if they come back at some point, those are the ones you want to keep.
