People often wonder "How did all these trannies and Jews and fags wind up in positions of power?" but they don't often stop to examine the process or think about it.
These subversive types get into power through a series of tactics that boil down to making the organization intolerable to normal people. This is done by incessant nagging, stirring drama behind people's backs, and organizing ideological purges by emphasizing ancillary issues to make a struggle session out of them despite not being things people really care about.
They hold grudges for extremely long times and look for the opportune moments to bring them to the foreground to make social attacks against others. They isolate and make enemies out of old guards, often founding members of the organization or those who have been doing work there the longest, and get them either booted due to slight differences blown out of proportion or get them to quit due to a perception of the group suddenly turning against them. This isn't hard to do with a vocal minority of supporters, as it plays off of the feelings of being unappreciated by those old guard who have been doing the work all along.
This is of course combined with keeping the people at the top on their side through constant flattery and friendliness, so that all attempts to go to the top to root them out are met with "You're just making things up" or "This must just be a personal problem you have."
All of these things together are ways you can recognize when a psychopath in bad faith is working his way up the power structure of your organization. I can only hope this manages to be instructive in your real life pursuits, even if it is a bit late for most of us to ever spot this happening ahead of time.
