     You are missing the point, by using sex they are advancing to positions they are not qualified for and taking the place of someone who is. Men don't have this option and are routinely passed over. But these women are not the only guilty party. Whoever is accepting sexual favors is a piece of shit. Harvey Weinstein is a good example.
