   I guess what’s surreal is no one’s offered Americans (White people included) a slice of the pie directly before. At the same time it’s killing the myth (which mostly White people believe in if anyone even thinks about it anymore) that this country has something to offer the future anymore. He’s saying that you too can have an oak door, but it’s weird because we were supposed to believe that the oak door would stay on its hinges for another 100 years.

     Trump offering $5000 is so surreal because it’s clear that America is dying and he’s making the obvious move of offering a slice of it to stay in charge a little longer.
