   When my husband talks to me when I'm drying my hair I pretend I can't hear him. He gets more and more annoyed so sometimes I lift my head as if I heard something but then carry on before he can say anything else. Love how annoyed he gets.

     @fesshole I keep getting a wee bit amazed at people not understanding, and who keep failing at getting the hint, that if you want to talk to someone preoccupied with something loud (be it hair dryer or lawn mower), or actively silencing their surroundings (headphones), you need to make sure you have their attention before starting talking.
