     Oh, as for the whole 'Why are the AI CEO's saying this, its not cause they actually *want* regulation - it's because they want to placate their employees. Like, Anthropic was literally *founded* by the entire pre-training team from OpenAI deciding to quit and go form their own company and become OpenAI's biggest competitor - you think either of them wants to deal with that again? Not a chance. For that matter, Jacob Coxon himself is an example of an employee quitting over safety issues.
