     @LynnD @mayintoronto @potterybyosa It takes it out very unequally. Under $200 for some, $7000 or so for others.

     @mayintoronto @potterybyosa They probably lose that differential in health care costs and deductibles. It always amazed me how big of a bite that took out of their wages.

     @potterybyosa Yeah. Our salaries are also significantly lower.

     When I work with cross-border teams, I'm used to my US counterparts making 30-50% more for doing the exact same thing.
