   Once you claim you're not guilty by way of insanity, that should be the end of any perception that you can be free in society.

   If you're actually nuts, you can't be freed on a technicality. And it's disingenuous to suggest that you could claim insanity and ever walk free after doing so.

     In Canada it's common for the psychologists to eventually declared you 'cured.' And you get released.

     You should be moved to jail, not let go.
