     because here, its a catholic holiday (doesnt apply to all cantons)

     @xarvos @puniko Well it's not really religions, more like just folklore, like I remember reading that some non-working days are just there because most of the population would get wasted partying on that Sunday that they basically would all close shop on Monday.
