A few months ago next door spent a lot of money on having their chimneys repointed & all the gulleys and valleys relined with lead; scaffolding was up for months.
Pleased to see that somehow the gutters have been fucked up (probably by the scaffolders when they broke it down) & the slightest hint of drizzle means water cascades down their walls.
For us neighbours' benefit, the builders left a huge tarp roughly folded beneath where its cascading, producing continuous loud random drumming thumps.
