   "Meta will also agree to pay $17.1 billion to states over a period of 10 years. The company outlined its obligations in a blog post, noting that $5.3 billion of this money will only be paid out if YouTube and TikTok implement their own daily time limits and each pay an equivalent amount to that figure.”
