     @ryanc Right, 2 m TB4 cables aren't cheap. I'm quite happy with HP TB4 G4 at work (connected to 3 4k monitors), and while it technically has a detachable cable, I don't think any non-HP cables fit (and I don't think HP sells 2 m cables at all).
