   "The policy also states that Quakers will not require trans, non-binary or intersex people to disclose or prove their status in circumstances where such evidence is not demanded of others.

   Under the arrangements confirmed by trustees, toilet facilities labelled with a 'female' sign remain available to cisgender women, trans women, and others for whom those facilities best align with their lived experience.

   Similarly, facilities labelled with a 'male' sign remain available to cisgender men, trans men, and others for whom those facilities best align with their lived experience."

     @Infoseepage @afewbugs The toilet operator has no power to obtain evidence of gender. The whole guidance is completely unworkable.

     @Infoseepage @afewbugs doesn't that mean "demanded by the law of others", that is if a cis male had to prove -by law- they were a cis male to use the toilet, then the law would demand it of others, so the Quakers would ask it.

     Very close to malicious compliance I think, akin to not offering the police a cup of tea.
