     People think nothing counts unless it "scales" but that's not how change works... it grows like mycelium, not like a viral video. The viral video goes viral because it resonates with change that's already happening.

     ...people just start doing things differently. You have no idea it's happening unless you're part of it, and a lot of it is more world-changing than you ever expect. Like *definitionally* it is changing the operation of the world.
