@kumicota How about planting it in a way that ensures that tree roots don't damage anything and it won't impinge on electrical wiring?
If the tree ends up bursting a pipe or hitting electrical wires, the tree could end up dead.

Pro-tip, plant endangered tree species in front of your house.
When my parents built our house, they planted a pau-brasil tree in front of the house on the sidewalk.
Every now and then the electric or water company issues a request to cut down the tree because the tree roots is reaching the tubulation and below the street and the branches the poles but because it's a super endangered species, the government prohibits them from doing it
