   It's got the stage of living with my other half that I'm now banned from getting a takeaway as we have food in. Have to resort to booking fake evening work meetings / drinks where I'll pick up a takeaway and just eat it in my car in a car park while watching tv shows on my phone.

     OP confesses to not wanting to eat healthy or economically. Loser. In this case, OP's "other half" is actually their *better* half for wanting the two of them to live well together.
