   I remember reading Jane Jacob’s Dark Age Ahead and being shocked that technically in Canada, only the federal and provincial governments exist constitutionally. Municipalities are only at the sufferance of their provincial governments who can add and take powers away anytime.

     @Ryan Doug Ford is still buthurt that he didn't win the Toronto Mayoral race, so he's taking it out on the districts that voted against him. He's a pathetic failson but somehow the rest of Ontario re-elected him.
