The absurdity of judges and the law:
"The ruling concludes that the creators are not protected by the fair use doctrine, as they 'reproduce significant portions' of KADOKAWA’s content without being sufficiently transformative."
What constitutes "significant portions"? A mere 15%. If your kid ate just 15% of his dinner would you call that a "significant portion"? Of course not. Clearly the English language is being twisted to suit copyright holders here.
This is another example of why copyright should be done away with. If the copyright cartels can't even pretend to play fair why should anyone respect their "copyright" or for that matter the law??? People shouldn't and copyright should be done away with.
