   FFS what did Android do to get in a state where screen-off-on-proximity-sensor is permanently active? Putting finger anywhere near top of screen makes it go black. I can't imagine how broken the overall architecture must be for this glitch mode to even be possible. 🤦 🤖 🤡

     @KasTasMykolas And after a phone call, now it's fixed. 🤦

     There must be some sort of ridiculous sticky state that's set and cleared for background operation of the proximity sensor screen blanking, rather than evaluating whether to do it based on the currently focused foreground activity.

     @dalias funny thing, I though that it has something to do with certain applications and their manifests (or something).

     Because I've noticed that this features turns on after I join any MS Teams meeting with my Android phone. And there was no way to turn it off, except restart the phone.

     And again, disabled until I'm joining another meeting....
