@PNS i think if one was raised in the US prior to 2010, coming of age, it is distinctly possible that the whole "melting pot" ideology looked good, seemed to work.

the problem is, those "refugees" and immigrants wanted to come to the US to become US citizens and integrate, even if the original generation never did, their children and grandchildren did.

I'm not really seeing that anymore, i see mosques and islamic centers. That's not integration, not really. I see churches burning. I see enclav
