He does successfully in this alt universe with the help of militias and smart people. They fund the creators of Doom and Quake to resurrect Hitler into an android body, but a schism forms between engineers in the Mississippi lab and they end up making 2 android realistic Hitlers, one normal. Another Hitler AI android but it's trapped in a hot chick's body. Like a young Audrey Hepburn or something. Two Hitlers, but male and female. What anime style and director or artist are we going with fellas???
