1- it’s avocado season!
2- I made guacamole for Thai friends that had never eaten guacamole, they were blown away by the taste and devoured the bowl!!
3- used Thai chilies from the third harvest of my chili bush

Recipe: thinly mince half a white onion, press or mash 7-10 garlic buttons, mince 4-10 chilies, juice 1-2 limes, mix these together and let them get saucy together. Add 4 soft avocados and mash together. Salt and pepper to taste. Put avocado seeds in the bottom of the bowl (they will keep the avocado from oxidizing brown) add the guac to the bowl, chill and serve with tortilla chips.
