   Kevin Quitt got the rights to Castle Infinity. He ran it on 2 PCs in our office. Guess what the first thing the game did when you went to play it? It upgraded itself digitally. That was a couple of decades ago. This is nothing new. WoW always upgraded itself, afaik. So do most games if we discount cartridge games.

   Still, those old DVDs got you back into the game if you changed PCs.

   I have mixed emotions about this one. I think quite a few of us would prefer having a hard copy, even if it seems redundant and upgrades itself. OTOH, it seems redundant and upgrades itself, so why bother with a DVD? They cost a bit to produce.
