It used to be that Google Maps had the feature where you could create your own custom maps. Esri (ArcGIS), too.

Because I want to make two simple maps of the Boston area (one of the city with perhaps a 2-mile border and another more zoomed out), I’m curious to know if any of you can recommend a tool for this. (Or an existing map.)
